This yoga session features an extended and soothing yin practice. In this class, we’ll hold each posture comfortably for a couple of minutes, allowing for deep stretches that promote the release of both physical and emotional tension.
After our practice, we’ll come together in a circle to share our thoughts and feelings. This is a safe space where you can express anything that’s on your mind or anything that surfaced during the session. There’s no pressure to share—participate only as you feel comfortable, and know that silence can be just as meaningful.
