Throughout my own holistic health journey, which impacted my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being, I was able to find the healing power of trauma-informed therapy and plant-medicine, which is why I am eager to share this opportunity with others.

I have training in different traditional therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Traumatic Incident Reduction and Emotion-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I have certifications in Traumatology, Addictions and Substance Abuse, Mood Disorders, ADHD and am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. I have recently completed my Advance Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy training through ATMA and looking forward to other treatment modalities using plant-medicines.
I am also co-owner and operator of New Earth Wellness Centre, offering the services of the Harmonic Eggs which are large elliptical chambers that uses 360 degrees of spiraling sound frequencies, vibration, light, colour and sacred geometry to restore the body’s intuitive capacity to restore and rebalance. This precise, consistent form of bioresonance therapy seeks to bring the nervous system back into balance by allowing the user to reach the delta-theta brain wave state, promoting a deep experience of relaxation.
