In this class, we'll hold each posture comfortably for a couple of minutes, allowing for deep stretches that promote the release of both physical and emotional tension. After our practice, weāll come together in a circle to share our thoughts and feelings. This is a safe space where you can express anything thatās on your mind or anything that surfaced during the session. Thereās no pressure to shareāparticipate only as you feel comfortable, and know that silence can be just as meaningful.
