Training Refund & Transfer Policy​

We understand that life can be unpredictable. While our training and educational programs are designed to be non-refundable due to the nature of digital content, limited cohort sizes, and advance preparation by our facilitators, we are committed to support you if unexpected circumstances arise.

1. Standard Policy

• Full Refund Within 24 Hours: Participants are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment.
• After 24 Hours – Non-Refundable Enrollment: All course enrollments become non-refundable after the 24-hour window.
• Flexible Alternatives:
  • Transfer to a Future Cohort: If you’re unable to attend your scheduled cohort, you may reschedule to a future one within 12 months. A $100 transfer fee applies. In exceptional circumstances, this fee may be waived.
  • Transfer to Another Participant: You may transfer your enrollment to another qualified participant who meets all course prerequisites. No fee applies for this option.

In rare and exceptional situations (e.g., medical emergencies, significant life events), we may consider a partial refund. Please contact us at students@atmacena.com with your situation details.
