ATMA CENA

Naturopathic Integrated Health

Naturopathic & IV therapy support for mental-health treatment in Calgary & Edmonton.

Mental-health treatment works best when the whole person is supported

For some clients, underlying physical depletion, nervous-system dysregulation, or nutritional deficiencies can affect how well they respond to — and recover from — mental-health treatment.

At ATMA CENA Calgary and Edmonton, naturopathic and IV therapy services are available to clients who may benefit from integrative support before, during, or after psychedelic-assisted therapy, rTMS, or psychotherapy.

These services are designed to complement your primary treatment, not replace it.

Who this is for

Naturopathic health support may be appropriate if you are:

Preparing for psychedelic-assisted therapy and want to optimize your physical and mental readiness

Experiencing fatigue, burnout, or physical depletion alongside your mental-health symptoms

Seeking additional care to complement your ongoing therapy or rTMS treatment in Calgary or Edmonton

Recovering after an intensive treatment phase and looking for structured support

Looking for a more whole-person approach to your mental-health care plan

We work with clients at different stages of treatment to assess what type of integrative support may be most appropriate for their situation.

How this fits into your care

Naturopathic and IV therapy support is designed to work alongside your existing care plan. Depending on where you are in treatment, support may focus on:

  • Preparation: Helping stabilize your physical health and nervous system before beginning psychedelic-assisted therapy or rTMS.
  • Recovery: Supporting hydration, nutrient replenishment, and nervous-system regulation as you process and integrate after treatment.
  • Ongoing care: Identifying and addressing underlying physical factors — nutritional deficiencies, sleep disruption, or chronic stress — that may affect your overall mental health.
  • Standalone service: A naturopathic service can complement your existing care if you’re targeting a specific issue (e.g. fatigue, sleep, brain fog, menopause).

Treatment is individualized and may include naturopathic consultation, lifestyle recommendations, and IV vitamin therapy where appropriate.

Naturopathic services

Naturopathic consultation

A comprehensive one-on-one assessment of your health history, current concerns, and goals — identifying physical factors that may affect your mental-health outcomes and building a personalized plan to address them.

IV vitamin therapy

IV therapy delivers nutrients, hydration, and supportive compounds directly into the bloodstream for more complete absorption than oral supplementation (e.g. Glutathione, Myers’ Cocktail) — often used to support physical resilience and recovery during intensive treatment.

Personalized integrative health plans

Based on your assessment, your plan may include nutritional guidance, sleep and lifestyle recommendations, supplementation, and strategies to support nervous-system regulation — designed to integrate with your care at ATMA CENA or with external partners.
