Schedule III (CDSA); illegal for general use, but a lawful supervised-therapeutic pathway exists via Health Canada's Special Access Program (SAP, since Jan 2022) on a patient-by-patient basis (synthetic psilocybin). BC personal-use decrim exemption separate.

Schedule I (CDSA); not generally legal, but accessible for supervised psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy via Health Canada's Special Access Program on a case-by-case basis.

Not a controlled substance under the CDSA, but added to Health Canada's Prescription Drug List (2017), so it is a regulated prescription drug; lawful access requires a prescription. Not approved for any indication.

DMT is Schedule III (CDSA). Section 56 religious exemptions exist for Santo Daime and Uniao do Vegetal churches, and SAP access is possible, but no general supervised-therapeutic pathway; religious exemption alone does not constitute lawful therapeutic access.

Mescaline is Schedule III (CDSA) with an exemption for peyote; no general supervised-therapeutic pathway.
